The staff were incredibly thoughtful, the room was clean. Additionally, they offered snacks, happy hour drinks, and Ochazuke. It was a fantastic stay overall.

Please double check the room type, they have smoking rooms!
They have a few freebies (drinks, coffee, even wine in the afternoon)
We booked by mistake a smoking room and it was not easy to move to a non smoking and we had a child.

Impressive, great hotel, will definitely be back again if we were to be in Tokyo again
Everything!!!! Great location, the hotel is located in Ginza, so it is very close to shopping streets, convenience stores (Family Mart, 7-11 etc), shopping malls, Tokyo main station and Tsukiji fish markets, plus it is very easy to get to by metro. As Ginza is a business area, it also felt very safe and lively. Great hotel, the lobby was nicely decorated, the room was small (normal for Tokyo) but the bathroom was a decent size and both were spotlessly clean. The towels, pyjamas and slippers provided by the hotel were comfortable and of good quality. Due to the lack of space in the room, they offer a minibar service in the lobby with a wide variety of drinks, but they do provide mugs and a mini fridge in the room. I know the picture of the bathroom might put some of you off, but it is actually very nice. Great cleaning service, very polite and helpful hotel staff. Pro tip, check out the minibar service there, it is very impressive.
